Report: Clippers have talked to Knicks about Courtney Lee

The Los Angeles Clippers have engaged in recent trade talks with the New York Knicks regarding shooting guard Courtney Lee, sources told ESPN's Ian Begley and Ramona Shelburne.

The Knicks are thought to be seeking draft picks ahead of the trade deadline, but the Clippers have neither a first- or second- round selection this summer. Los Angeles figures to be in the market for wing help, and a 3-and-D player like Lee could be a good fit.

He's averaging 10.3 points on near-42 percent 3-point shooting this season.
