Magic Johnson isn't wasting any time leaving his impression on the Los Angeles Lakers.

After reports emerged that the Lakers have reached out to the Indiana Pacers about star forward Paul George, and trading Lou Williams to the Houston Rockets, Los Angeles may be prepared to move on from Nick Young.

The Lakers are looking for a second-round pick in exchange for Young, sources told ESPN's Marc Stein.

Young is in his fourth season with the Lakers after signing as a free agent in 2013 and re-signing in 2014. The 31-year-old shooting guard is averaging 13.8 points over 51 game this season while shooting 44.1 percent from the field, including 41.3 percent from beyond the arc.

Young has a player option for next season that will pay him just over $5.5 million should he choose to exercise it.
