Nuggets' Kenneth Faried: Logs full practice Tuesday

Faried (ankle) was a full participant in practice Tuesday, Chris Dempsey of Altitude Sports reports.

Analysis:

Faried missed the final four games before the All-Star break while nursing a sprained right ankle, but coach Michael Malone is expecting the big man to be available for Thursday's game against the Kings. We'll consider him probable for the contest until the Nuggets release their injury report, but it's uncertain if he'll reclaim his spot as the starting power forward. Since Faried went down with injury, the Nuggets acquired Mason Plumlee from the Trail Blazers to bolster their frontcourt and received some quality run from rookie Juancho Hernangomez, so Malone could choose to experiment with his lineup over the next handful of contests. Regardless of how Faried is deployed, the addition of Plumlee -- who will back up starting center Nikola Jokic and play alongside him -- will cut into Faried's playing time.
