Bulls' Taj Gibson: Near double-double in Thursday win

Gibson supplied 12 points (5-8 FG, 2-2 FT), nine rebounds and two assists over 28 minutes in Thursday's 104-103 win over the Celtics.

Analysis:

The eight-year veteran was an ideal complementary presence to Jimmy Butler and Robin Lopez on the first unit, posting his sixth double-digit scoring effort in the last seven games. Gibson's offensive involvement has seen a slight downturn over the last three contests following a four-game streak of double-digit shot attempts, but he remains one of the more dependable frontcourt options in all fantasy formats. The former first-round pick heads into the All-Star break with solid averages of 11.6 points, 7.0 rebounds and 1.1 assists across 27.3 minutes in 55 games.
