Pacers' Thaddeus Young: Officially out Thursday vs. Wizards
Young (wrist) will remain out for Thursday's game against the Wizards.
Analysis:
It was reported earlier in the week that Young was expected to sit out through the All-Star break, so this is merely a confirmation of what we already knew. He'll get another week off to recover from the sprained left wrist, which could give Young enough time to return to the court Feb. 24 against the Grizzlies. As for Thursday's game, Kevin Seraphin looks in line to start at power forward and take on a large role if Young's top backup, Lavoy Allen (knee), remains sidelined for a third straight game.
