Warriors' Draymond Green: Ejected from Wednesday's win

Green scored two points (0-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT) with two rebounds, three assists and one steal over 15 minutes in Wednesday's 109-86 win over the Kings.

Analysis:

Green's reduced playing time was due to being ejected from the game late in the second quarter. He didn't agree with being assessed a foul against the Kings' DeMarcus Cousins and his reaction prompted referee Ron Garrettson to slap him with two technical fouls. To that point in the game, Green and the rest of his teammates were exhibiting a lackluster effort in front of the home crowd. His ejection seemed to be a boost for the Warriors, who outscored the Kings, 42-15, in the decisive third quarter. He now has 10 technical fouls for the season, six shy of the the number that will trigger a one-game NBA suspension.
