Pacers' Lavoy Allen: Doubtful for Wednesday

Allen (knee) has been downgraded to doubtful for Wednesday's game against the Cavaliers, Nate Taylor of the Indianapolis Star reports.

Analysis:

It looks as if there is a small chance Allen plays given that he's attempting to warm up Wednesday, but with the All-Star break just a couple days away, it's likely the Pacers remain cautious with the power forward and give him some extended rest. For now, Allen remains a game-time decision depending on how warmups go, but if he's officially ruled out, look for Kevin Seraphin, who played 27 minutes in Allen's absence on Monday, to get the start at power forward once again with Thaddeus Young (wrist) also out.
