Bulls' Jimmy Butler: Probable to play Tuesday

Butler (heel) is listed as probable to play Tuesday against the Raptors, K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Analysis:

After participating in portions of Monday's practice, Butler was able to take part in the Bulls' morning shootaround and looks to have made notable progress in his recovery from a bruised right heel. An announcement on his status likely won't come until closer to game time, but at this point he appears poised to return to the court following three absences in the last four games. The Bulls will be without Dwyane Wade (wrist) on Tuesday, so if Butler does play, he'll be tasked with primary playmaking duties for most of the night.
