Celtics' Isaiah Thomas: Leads team with 29 in win

Thomas put up 29 points (9-19 FG, 4-10 3pt, 7-9 FT), eight assists and a rebound over 34 minutes in Monday's 111-98 win over the Mavericks.

Analysis:

29 points Saturday, 29 points Monday, at least 26 points in nine consecutive games -- the 28-year old has been so consistent, reading about his feats could almost be yawn-inducing. He also is achieving a great rhythm with Marcus Smart, who will share the backcourt duties until Avery Bradley (Achilles) returns. On Wednesday Thomas and the Celtics will meet the 76ers, a team that ranks ninth in defense versus point guards, but Thomas is a chalk play regardless of the matchup.
