Wizards' Markieff Morris: Will play Friday vs. Pacers

Morris (calf) said he would play Friday against the Pacers, J. Michael of CSN Mid-Atlantic reports.

Analysis:

Morris was sidelined for Wednesday's overtime victory over the Nets due to the sore right calf, but it was apparently never viewed as a major issue. The forward indicated he was only held out for precautionary reasons Wednesday, and with some added time off to recover from the injury, he should take back his spot in the starting five and face no restrictions Friday. Kelly Oubre, who provided zero points in 33 minutes in a starting roel Wednesday, will presumably shift back to the bench.
