Watch: DeAndre has choice words for Clippers announcer

Well ... that wasn't awkward at all.

Shots were fired during DeAndre Jordan's postgame interview Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden, with Los Angeles Clippers announcer Mike Smith the subject of his ire.

After the Clippers used a 31-20 fourth quarter to come from behind and defeat the New York Knicks 119-115, Jordan credited his team's effort and said he hoped his own performance - a double-double of 28 points and 15 rebounds on 12-of-14 shooting - would get Smith "off his ass a little bit."

Los Angeles entered the night riding a three-game losing streak, with losses in five of its last six outings.
