Film director and noted New York Knicks fan Spike Lee has a few words for the team.

When the Madison Square Garden fixture asked if he'd rather keep team president Phil Jackson or franchise face Carmelo Anthony, it wasn't a tough choice.

"I'll pack Phil's bags for him," Lee told ESPN's Steve Zeng, via Ian Begley. "I think I still believe in Carmelo, but Phil Jackson is making it very difficult for him."

It was thought Jackson alluded to Anthony's lack of desire to win in a tweet Tuesday, but it was later confirmed he was referencing a player, Michael Graham, he coached in the '80s.

Anthony, a 13-year NBA veteran, has been with the Knicks since 2011 and owns a no-trade clause in his five-year deal.
