Pacers' Rodney Stuckey: Out Thursday, unlikely to play Friday

Stuckey (hamstring), who has already been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Timberwolves, is also expected to remain sidelined Friday against the Kings, Nate Taylor of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Analysis:

Stuckey has played in just one of the Pacers last 18 games because of a left hamstring injury that he aggravated in his return, and though he returned to practice earlier this week, it looks like the veteran guard will be sidelined for both halves of the back-to-back set. The Pacers will likely reevaluate Stuckey on Saturday before determining his status for the following contest Sunday against the Rockets. Once he's healthy again, Stuckey will likely serve as one of the Pacers' top guards off the bench, potentially pushing either Glenn Robinson or Aaron Brooks out of the rotation as a result.
