Spurs' Kawhi Leonard: Will remain out Tuesday vs. Raptors
Leonard (hand) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Raptors.
Analysis:
While Leonard's sore left hand isn't considered serious, the Spurs are opting to hold him out again Tuesday, after giving him the night off for Monday's blowout win over the Nets. The Spurs likely want to avoid Leonard's injury becoming something that plagues him long term, so by giving him an extra day to heal up, the hope is that he'll be able to steer clear of any sort of setback once he returns. Look for Kyle Anderson to make another start at small forward Tuesday after logging 14 points (6-10 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one steal in 35 minutes Monday.
