Thunder's Steven Adams: Remains in concussion protocol

Adams (concussion) put up some shots prior to Friday's practice, but didn't participate in the session remains in the NBA's concussion protocol, Royce Young of ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

With the Thunder off the schedule until Monday's game against the Jazz, Adams still has a few days to receive clearance, so he'll be evaluated on a daily basis over the weekend. The fact that he was at least able to do some activity Friday, however light, suggests he's progressing on some level, but Adams must be cleared of all concussion-related symptoms for at least 24 hours before he'll be able to play in a game.
