Trail Blazers' Ed Davis: Available to play Monday

Davis (ankle) will be available to play in Monday's game against the Wizards, Jason Quick of CSN Northwest reports.

Analysis:

Davis said that his sprained left ankle felt fine after he took part pregame warmups, so it appears as though he shouldn't be restricted in any way Monday. The big man acknowledged that it's ultimately up for coach Terry Stotts to decide whether or not to use Davis, so it's not guaranteed that Davis will actually get on the court Monday, despite dressing for the contest. If that's the case, Meyers Leonard would likely serve as the team's top big man off the bench after logging 20 minutes in Friday's loss to the Magic.
