Clippers' Chris Paul: Misses practice Friday for personal reasons

Paul was absent from practice Friday for personal reasons, Dan Woike of the Orange County Register reports.

Analysis:

The Clippers have offered no indication that Paul is at risk of missing Saturday's game against the Lakers, but we'll keep him on the report until the team indicates he's safe to play in the contest. Paul recently returned from a left hamstring strain and has been fantastic in his first three games back, averaging 17.0 points, 12.0 assists, 6.3 rebounds, 3.0 steals and 1.0 three-pointer in 31.0 minutes per game while shooting 55.2 percent from the field.
