Rose greets Iverson: 'That was hood love right there'

Derrick Rose wasn't about to miss this one.
Madison Square Garden featured its usual assortment of stars when Rose returned following his mysterious absence for Thursday's tilt against the Chicago Bulls.
Mariano Rivera, Gabrielle Union, and La La Anthony each received time in the spotlight, but "The Answer" outshone them all, embracing the former MVP before the game.

When asked about their silent embrace after the game, Rose said all that was exchanged was mutual admiration.
"That was hood love right there. We didn't have to say anything," Rose said according to Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News.
