Bulls' Jimmy Butler: Will play through illness Monday

Butler (illness) will play Monday against the Thunder without any minutes restriction, Nick Friedell of ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

After going through warmups and feeling well enough to play, Butler will suit up, despite presumably still being less than 100 percent healthy due to the illness. The swingman has played 36 minutes or more in 10 consecutive contests, and although he'll enter the game with no limitations, it wouldn't be surprising if coach Fred Hoiberg acted conservative with Butler's usage in the front end of the back-to-back set.
