Kings' Rudy Gay: Ruled out Tuesday

Gay (hip) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Nuggets, James Ham of CSN Bay Area reports.

Analysis:

Initially deemed questionable, Gay will now sit out for the ninth time in the Kings' last 10 games as he continues to nurse a strained right hip. Expect Matt Barnes to keep filling in at small forward so long as Gay remains out, with Anthony Tolliver also in line for a slightly increased role.
