Wade 'not concerned' by Bulls' recent struggles

The NBA season is long and filled with ups and downs. The Chicago Bulls are currently going through the latter.

The Bulls have lost five of their past seven games, finding themselves only one game above .500 and sixth in the Eastern Conference. After asserting themselves earlier in the year as one of the better teams in the East, they've regressed in recent weeks.

One would think this would be reason to worry, but not according to Dwyane Wade.

"I'm not concerned," Wade told Nick Friedell of ESPN. "I've been through everything; you might want to ask somebody else that. My 14th year, this is my first season here. I'm learning this team, learning these guys, so I'm fine."

He's managed to find his rhythm within his new team's offence, averaging 22 points and 5.5 assists on 44 percent shooting over his last six games.

The recent slide includes losses to the lowly Dallas Mavericks and the young, inconsistent Timberwolves, but the Chicago native knows this is all part of the journey.

"Obviously, it stings that what you see happen in the games you want to correct, but you got to go through the process, as we say," Wade said. "We're learning how tough it is to win in this league, no matter if you're on the road or at home."
