Knicks' Joakim Noah: Pulls in double-digit boards in Thursday loss
Noah contributed six points (3-10 FG), 10 rebounds, an assist and a block over 15 minutes in Thursday's 103-90 loss to the Warriors.
Analysis:
With Derrick Rose (back) and Carmelo Anthony (shoulder) sidelined Thursday, Noah was expected to potentially up his usage rate, but he ended up with the lowest allotment of playing time among the starting five. Despite the relatively brief time on the court, he was a force on the boards, posting double-digit rebounds for only the second time in seven December games. While he's certainly capable of serving as a solid source of fantasy production in this regard, Noah's overall upside is often capped by his playing time and scoring limitations.
