Trail Blazers' Maurice Harkless: Ice cold in loss to Denver

Harkless had nine points (3-7 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, an assist, a steal and a block over 36 minutes in a 120-132 loss to the Nuggets on Thursday.

Analysis:

Harkless had a tough go against the physical Denver's physical frontcourt. Both Nikola Jokic and Kenneth Faried found success pushing Harkless away from his favorite spots, and Denver's wings ran Harkless off the three-point line. Don't expect Harkless to have an easier time against the Durant-Green frontcourt of Golden State this Saturday, either.
