Lakers' D'Angelo Russell: Will play Wednesday

Russell (knee) will play Wednesday against the Nets, Mark Medina of the LA Daily News reports.

Analysis:

The Lakers officially listed Russell as probable on their Tuesday injury report, but there was never much doubt that the second-year point guard would be available. Wednesday will mark his third game back since missing 11 games with a sore knee, and he'll likely remain on a soft minutes restriction after playing 17 and 20 minutes, respectively, in his last two games. On Monday against Sacramento, Russell scored 17 points to go with four assists and two rebounds.
