Kings' Ty Lawson: Fills up stat sheet off bench

Lawson played 26 minutes and accumulated eight points (3-9 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, five assists and four steals across 26 minutes in Monday's 116-92 win over the Lakers.

Analysis:

Coach Dave Joerger opted to use Lawson alongside Darren Collison for extended stretches of action, but that may have been out of necessity due to starting wings Ben McLemore (quad) and Rudy Gay (hip) exiting in the first half with injuries and failing to return. The 26 minutes were Lawson's most since Nov. 18, so unless both McLemore and Gay are forced to miss further action, it's unlikely that he'll be able to count on seeing this much playing time going forward.
