Hornets' Nicolas Batum: Another double-double Monday

Batum turned in 13 points (4-13 FG, 4-7 3 Pt, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds and three assists in 35 minutes during Monday's 110-94 loss to the Pacers.

Analysis:

Batum registered his third double-double in his last five games and is averaging 13.2 points and 11 boards over that span. All four of Batum's field goals Monday were three-pointers, as the power forward has made eight of his last 15 long-range attempts after struggling mightily in the beginning of the month. His shooting stats are nothing to brag about, but his ability to grab boards and dish out assists is making up for it.
