Clippers' Blake Griffin: Upgraded to probable
Griffin (knee) has been upgraded to probable for Monday's game against the Trail Blazers, Brad Turner of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Analysis:
Griffin sat out Saturday's blowout win over the Pelicans due to soreness in his right knee, but at this point, he appears poised to return to action Monday night. If that's ultimately the case, Griffin would reclaim the starting power forward spot, which would result in a reduced role for Marreese Speights, who went for 17 points, 12 rebounds and four assists over 25 minutes Saturday. Fantasy owners should have no qualms about keeping Griffin active this week.
