Cavaliers' J.R. Smith: Ruled out Friday

Smith (knee) has been ruled out of Friday's game against the Heat, Dave McMenamin of ESPN reports.

Analysis:

This will be the second straight game Smith will miss with the knee injury. DeAndre Liggins got the start at shooting guard with Smith ruled out Wednesday, but essentially split the minutes with backup Iman Shumpert, so expect a similar structure Friday night.
