Wizards' Ian Mahinmi: Out for a week
Mahinmi (knee) is ruled out for about a week, J. Michael of CSN Mid-Atlantic reports.
Analysis:
Mahinmi's MRI came back negative, allowing him to rest for about a week until being reevaluated. Mahinmi has played in just one game so far this season, however he was able to participate in parts of Thursday's morning shootaround. Although making steps in the direction towards recovery, it still appears as if the big man has some extra rehabilitation work before returning to full health.
