Jazz's Joel Bolomboy: Assigned to D-League

Bolomboy was assigned Friday to the Salt Lake City Stars of the D-League.

Analysis:

The rookie out of Weber State was most recently recalled in late November after a one-game stint with the stars where he posted nine points and 12 rebounds in 42 minutes. Bolomboy has only appeared in seven games so far this Jazz season and has not played any meaningful minutes. He'll take this opportunity in Salt Lake City to see some heavy minutes on the floor before returning to the Jazz.
