Timberwolves' Karl-Anthony Towns: Records third straight double-double

Towns scored 17 points (8-16 FG, 1-4 3Pt) and added 11 rebounds, one assist and one block in 35 minutes during Thursday's 124-110 loss to the Raptors.

Analysis:

Few players are talented enough that they can double-double and still have some consider it a somewhat disappointing night, but Towns is one of those few. For Towns, his 13th double-double of the season was also his second consecutive night with fewer than 20 points - a barrier he has failed to reach only eight times this season. Anyone who double-doubles more often then they score fewer than 20 points is one of the best fantasy assets in league.
