Jazz's Shelvin Mack: Will start Thursday

Mack will get the start at point guard for Thursday's game against the Warriors, Anthony Slater of the Bay Area News Group reports.

Analysis:

With George Hill, Rodney Hood, and Gordon Hayward out, the Jazz will opt to slide Dante Exum, who had been starting for Hill, to shooting guard, and inserting Mack in at the point. While Exum had been starting for Hill, Mack was still seeing the majority of the point guard minutes off the bench. Thus, given their lack of backcourt depth Thursday, Mack should be in line for heavy minutes against the Warriors.
