Knicks' Derrick Rose: Ruled out for Wednesday

Rose (back) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Cavaliers.

Analysis:

Rose was pulled early in Tuesday's game against the Heat, as he was dealing with bask spasms and was unable to play through the discomfort. He'll sit out Wednesday for additional rest, but could be back in the lineup for Friday's tilt with the Kings. According to Joe Vardon of Cleveland.com Rose is set to undergo an MRI, which should offer further clarity on his situation. Look for Brandon Jennings to start at point guard in Rose's place and potentially see more than 30 minutes Wednesday.
