Grizzlies' Zach Randolph: Provides double-double in return

Randolph (personal) returned to deliver 12 points (5-16 FG, 2-4 FT), 14 rebounds and one assist across 22 minutes in Tuesday's 96-91 win over the 76ers.

Analysis:

The 14 rebounds were a season high for Randolph, who had missed the Grizzlies' previous seven games following the passing of his mother. Randolph's arrival provided a big lift to the team's second unit, and there's a chance he'll see his role expand in the games to come with the Grizzlies down to only 11 healthy players. Just don't expect much diversity in production from Randolph, who remains exclusively a two-category play due to his lack of assists, steals, blocks and three-pointers.
