Spurs' Tony Parker: Questionable for Thursday

Parker (thigh) could return for Thursday's game against the Bulls, Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News reports. "It's not as bad as it was before," coach Gregg Popovich said. "He's probably 50-50 for Thursday. I would imagine after Thursday he'll be OK."

Analysis:

While there were some serious concerns over Parker's availability moving forward, it appears the veteran guard shouldn't miss much time and could be available as soon as Thursday's outing versus the Bulls. Coach Gregg Popovich indicated he's "50-50" for that contest, but we should see his status updated again following the team's morning shootaround Thursday. Nicolas Laprovittola drew the start at shooting guard in his place Tuesday, but will head to the bench as soon as Parker is ready to go.
