Knicks' Derrick Rose: Leaves Tuesday's game with back spasms

Rose suffered from back spasms in Tuesday's game against the Heat and won't return.

Analysis:

Rose was only able to play 24 minutes, finishing with 10 points, three assists and two rebounds before departing. The Knicks will likely provide an update regarding their point guard's status once they know more about his condition, but for the time being, we'll consider Rose questionable for Wednesday's tilt with the Cavaliers. If Rose is forced to miss his first start of the season, Brandon Jennings would likely enter the lineup at point guard.
