Kings' DeMarcus Cousins: Pours in 36 in Sunday's loss

Cousins scored a game-high 36 points (9-30 FG, 4-10 3Pt,14-16 FT) while adding 12 rebounds, four assists, three blocks and a steal in 43 minutes during Sunday's 106-98 loss to the Knicks.

Analysis:

He played the entire second half as the Kings attempted to come back from a 14-point deficit at the break and was visibly flagging by the end of the game, fatigue that's reflected in his shooting percentage on the night. Cousins still topped 30 points for the fifth time in the last six games, and is averaging a whopping 34.2 points, 12.3 rebounds, 3.2 three-pointers, 2.7 assists, 2.3 blocks and 1.3 steals during that span while shooting 45.1 percent from the floor.
