Report: No additional punishment for Draymond after latest kicking incident

Vine

Justice was already served in the case of Draymond Green's latest kicking controversy.

Green is not expected to face additional punishment for raising his leg around the head of James Harden in double overtime of the Golden State Warriors' loss to the Houston Rockets, league sources tell ESPN's Chris Haynes.

Green was assessed a flagrant-1 foul for the infraction, then left the game shortly thereafter with his sixth foul. He finished one assist shy of a triple-double in the high-scoring affair.

After the game, Green argued that he receives unfair treatment from officials, then continued to vent on Twitter.

Green only has himself to blame for at least this instance of strict enforcement - after all, the league made a point of cracking down on kicks specifically because Green booted a handful of opponents throughout Golden State's playoff run.
