Shumpert on potential Cavs-Warriors Finals repeat: 'We gon' bust they ass'

Iman Shumpert is getting the trash talk started early.

Having split the last two championships between them, a healthy rivalry has formed between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors, and all signs point toward the same two teams being in The Finals next June.

Draymond Green already said in October that he looks forward to "annihilating" the Cavaliers, and Shumpert responded in an wide-spanning interview with Karizza Sanchez of Complex.

"We supposed to hate them, and they supposed to hate us," Shumpert said of Green's chirp. "It's OK. They supposed to take cheap shots at us. They're gonna hate us, fam.

"That's what sports is. It's great. I love every bit of it. I'm glad he said that 'cause we gon' bust they ass, too. You need to type that up: We gon' bust your ass. Period."

Expect more than words to be exchanged if the two sides meet this summer.
