Anthony Davis continues to light up the stat sheet for the New Orleans Pelicans.

The 6-foot-11 power forward collected his fourth 40-point performance of the early season on Tuesday night, pouring in 41 in a blowout victory over the Los Angeles Lakers. The Brow would also chip in 16 rebounds, four steals, three assists, and two blocks in the 105-88 victory.

"He’s as good as it gets in this league. There’s really not a single weakness to his game," Lakers head coach Luke Walton told Serena Winters of LakersNation.com following the contest.

While he's recently defended his teammates, one would be hard pressed to argue that the Pelicans aren't a one-man show, with the 23-year-old ranking fifth in the entire league in win shares in spite of New Orleans' poor record.

After going winless over their opening eight contests, the Pelicans have turned things around of late, going 5-2 over their last seven thanks to tremendous play of their star big man.

With four straight 30-point performances to finish off November, Davis has quickly made himself a strong case for Player of the Month.
