Suns' Brandon Knight: Returns to bench role Sunday

Knight will return to the bench for Sunday's game against the Nuggets, Paul Coro of The Arizona Republic reports.

Analysis:

T.J. Warren is out indefinitely with a head injury, so the Suns had been using a three-guard lineup with Eric Bledsoe, Knight and Devin Booker. Even though Warren is still out, they're going to switch up the lineup, moving Booker back to his usual shooting guard position, while elevating P.J. Tucker into the starting lineup at small forward. Knight heads back to the bench and provides a much-needed scoring boost with the second unit. He's been logging minutes in the mid-to-high 20's and despite returning to a bench role, he should still see similar minutes moving forward.
