Cavaliers' Iman Shumpert: Ruled out for Sunday

Shumpert is dealing with a hamstring injury and will sit out Sunday's game against the Sixers, Joe Gabriele of Cavs.com reports.

Analysis:

Shumpert reportedly tweaked the hamstring during the first half of Friday's game against the Mavericks and is still dealing with some lingering discomfort. He'll remain on the sidelines Sunday, with his next opportunity to take the court Tuesday versus the Bucks. With Shumpert out, J.R. Smith could see a boost in minutes at shooting guard, while guys like Mike Dunleavy and Kay Felder could get additional minutes in the backcourt off the bench as well.
