Hornets' Kemba Walker: Hits for 28 in Saturday's win
Walker scored a game-high 28 points (9-21 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 8-11 FT) while adding three assists, three blocks, two rebounds and a steal in 40 minutes during Saturday's 107-102 win over the Knicks.
Analysis:
Walker scored at least 17 points in every game so far this season, and the Hornets are 8-5 when he has scored at least 20. Barring an injury, Walker seems easily headed for a new career high in scoring average, an impressive development after he tallied 20.9 points per game in last season's breakout campaign.
