Spurs' Manu Ginobili: Ruled out Saturday

Ginobili will sit out Saturday's game against the Wizards in order to rest.

Analysis:

Ginobili had averaged 6.5 points, 2.5 assists, 2.3 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 1.3 three-pointers in 21.0 minutes per game over the past four contests. With the veteran getting the game off for the second half of a back-to-back set, Jonathon Simmons and Kyle Anderson will be tasked with filling most of Ginobili's playing time off the bench.
