Sixers' Bayless to make season debut vs. Heat

Jeff Hanisch-USA TODAY Sports

Philadelphia 76ers guard Jerryd Bayless will make his season debut in Monday's contest versus the Miami Heat, according to Derek Bodner of Philly Mag.

Bayless missed the first 13 games of the Sixers' season recovering from a torn ligament in his wrist. The 28-year-old will come off the bench.

The eight-year veteran is coming off a solid season with the Milwaukee Bucks in which he averaged 10.4 points on 42.3 percent shooting with 3.1 assists, 2.7 rebounds, and 0.9 steals.

While they're just 3-10 overall, the Sixers have played well at the Wells Fargo Center of late, and will look to extend their three-game home winning streak against Miami on Monday.
