76ers' Jerryd Bayless: Questionable Monday

Bayless (wrist) is considered questionable for Monday's matchup with the Heat, Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Analysis:

The veteran has yet to play this season while battling a wrist injury since early in training camp, but he participated in a D-League scrimmage last week and could make his return within the next handful of games. Bayless will go through pregame warmups Monday before being evaluated prior to tip-off. If Bayless is ultimately cleared, his workload would likely be limited initially. However, with starting point guard Sergio Rodriguez struggling with his shooting, it may not be long after his return before Bayless challenges for a spot on the top unit. With his return on the horizon, Bayless might be worth a speculative pickup in deeper leagues where he may have been dropped.
