Grizzlies' Tony Allen: Listed as probable Saturday

Allen (groin) is listed as probable for Saturday's tilt with the Timberwolves.

Analysis:

Allen returned from a four-game absence in Friday's 80-64 win over the Mavericks, coming off the bench to record 11 points, three rebounds, two steals and one block in 18 minutes. It doesn't sound like the veteran experienced any setbacks with the groin Friday, but the Grizzlies could still restrict his workload for the second half of a back-to-back set. However, Chandler Parsons is also listed as questionable to play, so if he's deemed unavailable, coach David Fizdale may have no choice but to bump up Allen's workload.
