Pacers' C.J. Miles: Ruled out Sunday

Miles (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Thunder.

Analysis:

Miles, who started at small forward in Friday's loss against the Suns in place of Paul George (ankle), ended up leaving the game after playing just nine minutes due to a sore knee. He had an MRI on Saturday, and while the results haven't been made available, the team determined it was best to give the veteran swingman at least one game to recover. George hasn't been ruled out yet for Sunday, but if he can't go, Glenn Robinson would likely enter the starting lineup.
