Trail Blazers' Maurice Harkless: Coming off bench Thursday

Harkless will start at power forward Thursday against the Rockets, Jason Quick of CSN Northwest reports.

Analysis:

Harkless has served as the Blazers' starting small forward throughout the season, but with Al-Farouq Aminu (calf) still sidelined, coach Terry Stotts will move Harkless over to power forward as the team rolls out a smaller lineup. Allen Crabbe will enter the lineup at small forward, while Meyers Leonard heads to the bench. The new configuration shouldn't affect Harkless' minutes count in a significant way.
