Cavaliers' Kyrie Irving: Drops 24 on Indiana

Irving notched 24 points (10-20 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), seven assists, two rebounds and one steal in 32 minutes during Wednesday's 103-93 loss to the Pacers.

Analysis:

Irving went for 24 points on 10-of-20 shooting on back-to-back nights, but with LeBron James resting Wednesday, the Cavs weren't able to claim victories in both games. Even when James has been available, Irving has still functioned as the Cavs' lead option on offense, with James handling most of the facilitating duties. That's aided Irving to a career-high 23.9 points per game, but has resulted in him dropping to a career-low 4.5 assists per game.
